NW club Elections

Posted in: PATA
The NW republican club held their annual elections last night for President. They elected John Dolske as President with a vote of 7 to 15. He was running against Terry Walburn (city Resident). Some of those in attendance were the sheriff (he voted) Allan Reid (former county commissioner) At least three other members that voted were not residents of either Violet Township or Pickerington.

Jeff Fix and Gary Weltlich were continuing their campaign to oust Brian Wisniewski and Ted Hackworth (former Club charter member) from office next year. Jeff was urging the group to get behind the club's candidates to support the NW club slate. Out of the 22 members present only four were city residents. At one time we all had to worry about giving the taxpayers money away to the developers now it is the Republicans.

Club name change?

Is it true that the club also voted to change its name to the Northwest Fairfield County Nazi Club?

Time to register as a Democrat

Please note that the Democrats are appointing a new Lancaster City Councilman. The County Republicans lost out in Lancaster last year because they approved a strip mall. The County Republicans are now lead by an attorney that represents the builders of the county (see Liberty Township) and they want control over the City of Pickerington NOW.

I hope the local democrats are paying attention.

With the losing record of the NW club, who cares who is the president? They are worthless anyway.

My only question is that I heard Dolsky resigned as secretary when he was appointed to the Board of Elections. You know - conflict of interest and all. Why all of a sudden is it alright to be the president?

Has the conflict suddenly evaporated or has Jeffy assured he will handle it?
