I'm a liberal Democrat, and proud of it. I've been one all my life. I have no interest in the doings of Fairfield County Republicans.

But I've known John Dolske for years and, although we disagree about many things, I like and respect him greatly. I also know that, ornery cuss that he is, he is nobody's puppet.

The new club president is also a world class jerk. He is also a spineless weasel that has all kinds of venom to sling toward current city councilmen that had the courage to distance themselves from this corrupt club. He chooses to spout hate and insults from the protection of the very same club.

Hey John... here's a novel idea, go to a city council meeting and direct your insults face to face rather than from the safety of your club buddies.
