I think the difference now without an agreement is that you would probably find a more sympatric ear with those officials elected in Pickerington than you will find in Canal. If the issue came up and there was a biding war for some of the land in question then the school district would probably fair better with Pickerington. Whether you like the current Mayor and the council or not they have made moves to control growth and improve the property valuation of the school district. Someday soon the housing market will pick up and that is when we will test this agreement and its wisdom.

Don't tell me that - I thought Fix a flat's agreement was going to solve all of our problems and some we didn't even know about yet with all the commercial that was going to go on down along 33!

Become a City

Can the township incorporate and become their own city? Then they down have to worry about Pickerington anymore.
