Assuming that the agreement passes and goes before the people to decide in the form of a referendum, is there another agreement with the township or Canal Winchester in the works?
I think that if this plan gets voted out by referendum, than we can kiss any cooperation with other areas goodbye. Unless there is a plan being cooked up of course. Is there? Any body know?

Thank Jeff
You can thank Jeff for killing any future possible deals with the TWP. Once you offer up the store, it's hard to go back to something less.

On our own
Why is an agreement of cooperation plan needed? We keep hearing that it is the best way to help the PLSD but how does it help the school district? So what if we kiss future cooperation goodbye?
So what is so vital about entering into these agreements with Canal or Violet? As we can see with what a rookie council member ''tried to deliver'' we see Pickerington not getting much of anything only empty promises.
Maybe the best plan for Pickerington and its residents is to take care of Pickerington first. Then if an opportunity appears crunch the numbers and consider it other wise go it alone.

Good answer
This is the best answer I've seen so far. Perhaps we should expect the city to do this on it's own. Isn't that why we're paying a Director of Development?
