Does this mean three of the four boobs that voted for this agreement will have to vote to put it on the May ballot?
Well, I hope the media is reading this and does a public information request for the email traffic during this period. I'll bet the vote swapping conversations are worth a read if any of Fix-it's previous emails are an indication.
