900 people does not make something secret. This was not the Manhatten project.

The person that came to my door was not wearing a disguise or a decoder ring. From the way he walked, I am pretty sure that he did not have a telephone in his shoe.

I am still curious about his ''cone of silence'' though.

Also, he kept refering to ''Chief'' and something about the number ''99''.

The city hall must be in ''KAOS''. I hope that Mr. Big doesn't find out.

More people knew than you think

This initiative petition was not a secret in my neighborhood. My wife signed that first weekend. There is no way that those at the bus stop in the morning didn't know everything. They handed out business cards with a web site address with the details and with actual facts to back up why they were circulating the petitions.

What else doesn't the City Administration know? I understand they are meeting at the Grape Vine Bar this evening to make new plans.

Brown

I am getting a little suspicious. This guy in a brown outfit just came to my door and had me sign something. Then he drove away in a big brown truck. What are you guys up to?

Shorts?

Was he wearing shorts?
That might mean that spring is just around the corner. I hope that nobody from the city reads this, as this might be a secret too.
