How long does it take??

Posted in: PATA
When are the Trustees going to finally vote on the Economic Agreement? Rumor has it that they are not going to accept it in it's current form. Guess that means the referendum drive was a waste of time and $$ because the agreement will be null and void. The Trustees will state the changes they want, Council will approve and all the hard work of the petitioners is down the drain. I hope this is not the case, but just watch--this is far from over.
Punch the Clock

It's like a 3 dimentional star trek chess match. Council made a move, the citzens moved to block, the trustees should now move which might show their intentions. Although council may make another move first, which might well be out of turn and then it'll be the citizens move. We'll soon see who's planned for the next move.

Usually the citzens will move after council, but not always. Strategy may force a movement. One thing is for sure. The citizens won't be sold out. We are more informed than being given credit.

Please keep informed

If something goes on Council's agenda about this, someone please post something.

How long can this sit in the Trustees laps? It has been well over 30 days since Council approved it from their end. Was there any sort of time constraint put on it?
Look Alive

It doesn't have to be on the agenda. Council can add items during a meeting. One will have to be on their toes and read the minutes.
