Circling the wagons
Obviously the PLSD school community is circling the wagons to protect one of its own. I do not have a dog in this hunt but I am concerned what I am reading here as the pitiful defense of those actions as they play out here and in the press.
It is also obvious that a teacher with very little knowledge of our nation?’s history responded to me and called me Mr. Jefferson. Mr. Jefferson was associated with the Revolutionary and Mr. Thomas Jackson was in the Civil War.
Thomas ?“Stonewall?” Jackson earned his nickname in the battle of the first Bull Run in July of 1861. As his troops fled the battle field around him he stood still. His men acclaimed that he stood there like a stone wall. Clearly in Thomas Jackson?’s time solders would glorify their commanders and give them appropriate nicknames. The question we should all ask ourselves is was Thomas ?“Stonewall?” Jackson fearless in battle or was he fearful in battle and froze unable to function in that first battle of Bull Run in Virginia in 1861? Were his troops covering for him is the question?
Please keep in mind, that later in the Civil war he was shot and killed by one of his own troops.
There seems to be a numbers of questions that our school board and the administration seem to be covering up. Are the teachers and other posters trying to glorify Tom Wilkinson to cover up his failure in battle?
The parent says this is in retaliation for this nurse reporting an alleged abuse in October. The school says this alleged abuse was unfounded. Who determined that the abuse was unfounded?
Apparently judging by the principal?’s actions and the board?’s actions or lack of it the policy in the Pickerington School District is if you are a volunteer you must always praise the actions and the operations of the school district or you will arbitrarily banned from school property and labeled a disruptive person. Of course this offense doesn?’t rise to the level of the school filing a no trespassing order against the private nurse because then they would truly need to explain themselves to the public.
You at the Tussing Elementary school should know (since you failed history) that Watergate was a second rate robbery that became a nation scandal because of the cover up.
I think you all need to come clean now because I doubt the NCAAP with give up and the more they try they are gaining credibility and your cover up is not gaining any ground with me. At what point, and how many incidents will it take to say or ask the question what is going on here? Then that spreads to what else is going on at the school that we don?’t know about?
