ALL UNDEVELOPED LAND IN THE TOWNSHIP IS ZONED RESIDENTIAL.

Any land annexed, to be developed, being farmed or clearly on fire is zoned residential.

NOTHING IN THE WORLD SAYS that if the land is annexed it will be developed residential.


THERE! Does that make it simple enough for your simple mind???

We keep seeing quotes by Jeff Fix in favor of this agreement that he worked out but I can't recall seeing anything from the other three votes on council that supported this agreement. The only quote I have seen by Keith Smith is that he basically supports the people's right to vote on the issue. So where does the President of council and the next in line to be Mayor stand on this very important issue. Where does Cristie Hammond and Heidi Riggs stand on the agreement? Isn't it about time that we hear from them? Isn't there some kind of responsibility to at least give us some idea where they stand? How about the press are these folks on council not returning your calls? Is his royal Slickness the only spokesman for the agreement? Can these other council people express their opinion? We have seen quotes for the agreement by the Mayor of Canal Winchester and not the Pickerington Mayor. Who is at the wheel here folks?
