I get what the person was trying to say. Executive session wasn't the right terminology. Council needs to get on the same page and work this out. It's ridiculous that they can't come to an agreement that everyone can benefit from.

Canal School District.
Pickerington School District.

Get rid of the pot stirring township.
Get Canal and Pickerington together and draw the boundries of what should go where.
Put an agreement together between them.
The township has played the two against each other long enough.
Township can't charge income tax.
Township doesn't charge impact fees.
Township just now talking about access management.
Township went to home rule. What was the effect?
Township should step aside.
Township is non entity here.
Don't merge.
That's just another stalling technique.
Work a plan with Canal.
Be done with the horseplay.
