Amen
What a little person you are to say that our caring city council 'did a number on the city'.
Thank goodness that council had the forsight to build some $200-250 thousand dollar 'starter homes' so some decent hardworking people could get their kids a good education. Shame on you. You need a little face time at your church. It'll do you good.

Not the people-just the builder
Here's some information on Maronda - a ''quality'' builder. Just a few links to illustrate the quality builders Pickerington attracts.

Focus
What in the world does the name of the builder have to do with the city giving its tax dollars away to the township? Other than the fact the proponents can't come up with a logical argument to support the massive give away?

Keep out the riff raff
Wondering if some folks dislike starter homes because they might allow some from a lower rung of the socio-economic ladder to join our community? People forget where they came from, or maybe are still holding a silver spoon in their mouths.
