Garbage on our doorsteps

Pickerington Law Director

I am wondering how this PAC can quote the Pickerington Law Director about paying the township reparations? If this isn't client/lawyer privilege and it wasn't being discussed in a public meeting isn't the Pickerington Law Director acting as the advisor to this committee? Does this PAC have this statement in writing? Did they hire the Pickerington Law Director to advise them on the subject? I think a complaint should be filed with the Ohio Elections commission. They are clearly over stepping their boundaries here.

''This amendment will make any future annexations more expensive. Pickerington?’s Law Director said that if this amendment passes that the (YOU) will have to pay the township reparations for removal of the property. In other words. It will costs you more.''

This is nothing but scare tactics and it is coming from the trustees who claim to have heard it from the Pickerington Law Director. They all seem to hear a lot of things that are not true.
How is this Possible?

How is it possible for the Law Director, paid for by the tax payers, allowed to be quoted in a political flier regarding an issue that is being voted on?

Mr Law Director can you answer this question?
What's unfortunate...

Is this is the best the citizens for lower taxes can come up with. It seems clear that they may not be smarter than a fifth grader.

Are they sure they don't mean citizen for lower taxes?

Gimme somethin' to think about

When businesses hire lawyers and managers to give them the answers they want to hear, they are destined to fail.

The sheep are being led to slaughter. But one understands that and that's why they're job seeking elsewhere.
