Here is some of the math. if the city mails out 5,000 (minimum number of homes) Fix flyers at $.39 per then that alone works out to $1,950. Now add in he coping cost and the paper and other materials needed at maybe $.04 per copy that adds another $200 to the mix.

Since this can only be done by a motion then the earliest the stuffing starts is Saturday. Who is paying the overtime and or who works for free?

I would say Thursday will be a great day to see your tax dollars at work.

not just one sided

The flyer would have info on both sides of the issue, not just Jeff's side. It is supposed to have facts submitted by the pro and con sides. Amazing how you all construe things to your advantage. Pretty soon, you'll be saying it is a Fix for President campaign pamphlet or something. Pay attention to what's really happening and stop dramatizing!

Facts according to WHO?

Why should taxpayer money be spent on a citizen initiative? Have you ever seen a debate carried on in the School Bell? If you did wouldn't offend you all? For the levy supporters using your logic the opposition would have the public money to get their message out where they find so little support other wise.

Next fall if this goes ok they can recommend the candidates for city council to be voted for and clearly to ''just inform you with the FACTS.''

This Mayor said a long time ago that he would not involve the city employees with politics yet this is a very political issue and he is doing just that and he is also using taxpayer money to do it. That was another pledge the good Mayor of the Township gave a few years back when they were using the city against him and his supporters.
