As a supporter of issue 9, I found the arguments of the opposition not fact based. Dick Cheney would be proud. Public money should not be used. The supporters had to use private funds, and the opposition needs to use private funds. With people's opinion of government in general, any city sponsored literature is a waste of taxpayer funds.
