Channel 6 announced last Sunday evening during the 11PM news that because of what they had reported the State of Ohio is now going to investigate the throwing out of the files.

Please resign

I know that you read this message board. I am not here to belittle you, to insult you or to take any cheap shots. I'm only asking that you make every attempt to do what you promised when you were elected and bring integrity to the Mayors office. You can do that by resigning your position immediately.

This sort of press is what the city of Pickerington does not need. By remaining in office and attempting to the deflect the blame onto others, is only making the situation worse.

Please, do the right thing.

Who filed?

I think the only way that ABC 6 NEWSCENTER would know about a disciplinary investigation on any attorney is if they had filed the complaint. I believe the policy by the disciplinary council is secret until they vote to see the results publicly.

Then again maybe some of the personal papers and documents blowing around town on and after July 8th found their way into the hands of the clients that were suppose to be protected. Maybe one of the clients filed the complaint AFTER being contacted by the channel 6.

Nice try Ted & Brian. Channel 6 is trash. I doubt a Mayor would resign just because of what they say. You must be the only 2 people who watch that channel in central Ohio.

Why on Earth would someone resign because of files accidentally being thrown out? You must be nuts. We gotta give you an E for effort though. You just keep tryin' and tryin'. Kinda sad if you ask me.
