And what happened to those elected officials that allowed those zoning decisions to be passed by emergency? They were voted out of office so forget about that in this argument. The property in question is already zoned kind of for commercial. Public hearings are required but what happened last week didn't count as a public hearing. What is before the community here is the use of this property and once that is determined how will that use be enforced. The reason for meeting with the pubic and getting their input is to help guide the elected officials in their decision making.
