Do you think the same holds true of the large corner lots across the street from this development on Diley Rd?

Do you think they will be residential or future fast food, gas stations & strip malls?

City needs to be consistant with the position it takes here.

And to answer your question I would much prefer doctor's offices & 9-5 businesses to apartments or condos. I don't think the right thing to tell a property owner is that he can't develop his land.
Point of order

The property owner has not, I repeat, has not filed any annexation papers according to city hall. So make up your mind, quit making up the facts.

So is your development issue because of what it is or because it's in the township?

If this was City Property - like across the street on Diley Rd. & the same development was to go in - would the City Council find that favorable?
