The Fixum Foursome

Posted in: PATA
Being a small town we are about to wear the boot imprint of a very ambition politician here in our midst on his way up the political ladder to a state office.

As we learn more about the slate that Fix has put together it becomes a very worrisome proposition for our city. Fix has a reputation of double dealing and back stabbing. He is driven to be the top dog no matter who or what he must sell out. He simply doesn?’t have any principals and that is problematic for me and it should be for every other citizen of the City.

On the surface you would think he is a political ally of David Shaver. In private he sticks it to the mayor every chance he gets. With no convictions he is driven by his own opportunist values that change like the wind. Over the weekend there has been news in over load about OJ and his arrest. The shrinks that are talking about him say he is narcissistic. Below is a definition.

?“personality disorder: in psychiatry, a personality disorder characterized by the patient's overestimation of his or her own appearance and abilities and an excessive need for admiration. In psychoanalytic theory, emphasis is placed on the element of self-directed sexual desire in the condition.?”

Although the Fix case is not as severe as OJ it does rival OJ in his excessive needs to be admired and an overestimation of his abilities. In layman terms a used car salesman.

Fix now has Heidi Riggs running for Mayor. He currently tells her how to vote and what position to take on ALL issues. That will continue once she is elected. His new president of Council is Brian Sauer (I know Keith you thought wrong). Both Jeff Fix and Brian Sauer have shown their leadership abilities by gutting the NW Republican club in recent years (excessive needs to be admired and an overestimation of his abilities). Brian is a nice kid but he is lost without the direction of Fix.

Bob Blair is an old Republican hack. He served in the Rhoades administration with Mark Uher. He also hangs his hat on the fact that he was a City manager at one time. I think he was fired one time also. If Bob Blair has been around that long (since 1986) and with all of the problems this city has endured where were you BOB??

Then the final vote in giving the city away to the township will be Tricia Sanders a relative newcomer to the scene and the problem is she will be closely directed in her voting and thought process by Jeff Fix. I understand she is an attractive young woman (emphasis is placed on the element of self-directed sexual desire in the condition).

When you see these people campaigning you should know that they will have strings attached back to Fix. He will be excessive in controlling them all. This will be a challenge for Fix because he will need to strike while the iron is hot and that will be in the first six months of 2008. Because those in his pocket will begin to figure out what is going on maybe in the next year or so. Much like the deterioration of the NW Republican club in 2005/2006.

The problem this time with the FIX leadership team will be the deterioration of the City of Pickerington.

The results...

...ALWAYS justify the tactics.

And also, don't forget the ''Parker Doctrine'' Fix has adopted.
NW Club?

I'm intriguied by the mention of the ''deteriation of the NW Club,'' as was mentioned in the prior post. I was under the impression they were very influential in our local elections, had vast resources to distribute literature and a successful track record of getting folks elected in the city and the township?

At least this is what I have pieced together from comments made by various folks in the past. What has happened, why and how?

Newcomers

You call Tricia Sanders a 'newcomer.' I wouldn't disagree, I'ver never heard of her outside of teaching circles. You seem to be in the know. Who else should we keep an eye out for as a 'newcomer' from Jeff's inner circle?
