New board members needed
Why is this so hard to explain? You elitist at North continue to forget that every month if we have our taxes escrowed we pay a portion of that $77 Million original debt for the North Complex.
Then you try to compare what the booster organizations who are raising money each year. Please pay attention. The Central field (more commonly called Tiger stadium) will not hold all of the people that what to see the game. The Central people are selling their concession from a garage kit from Lowe's. Have you ever tried to stand in line and get a hot dog with only room for two people to be serve at a time?
So if you what to balance out the two booster clubs and their contributions to the funds then the Central booster need an equal facility.
Some where here we were talking about the boundaries and how Glenshire was suppose to go to Central and they lobbied for North because it was too far away from North. That only points out the farce that the boundary committee by ''common'' people was from the very beginning. Before those boundaries were ever completed Mark Uher announced on this WEB site that he was the President of the Panther Booster club. He knew you knew and we all knew that Central was going to get screwed. We did and now the liars are trying to re-write history to convince us how fair things are.
What the elitist didn't figure on was that the band director would want to stay at Central, and that this unknown football coach would come on board and create a very good football team. As the north parents shower their little darlings with new uniforms the Central players are producing a very competitive team spirit and finding a real need for better facilities.
Even with all of crap the North part of the district has dropped on Central the kids traching through that school are over coming it all. Now we need someone to see the problems and to do something about it instead of denying the problem.
For those that say we should take our problems to the board or the super then I will simply remind you of the boundary committee five years ago and what happened there. Nothing will get done until one of two things happen.
One the city forms its own city school system or we elect board members from the Central district that care.
