I just got around to reading this Week in Pickerington. I noticed the front page photograph of the bag ladies picking up aluminum cans for beer money and my wife pointed out that is was Mrs. Riggs and Ms. Gilleland in that front page photo.
Apparently Patrick had a photo op and screwed it up. I am not sure what this opportunity was trying to show?
1. The city is dirty and we have no one else to pick up the trash?
2. We are not as beautiful as you may think and we are willing to work with our hands? This photo proves that for sure.
3. Blondes do sweat.
4. We don't always comb our hair before going out into public.
5. Finally we are going to get this nasty thing into the bag and head to the Grape Vine to pound down a few cold ones.
Girls thank you for all of the symbolism last weekend.
By Sight for sore eyes
