it is a privilege

First of all to stand for the colors of my country is not an obligation it is a privilege.
As for the men and sometimes women presenting those colors and our nation's flag those citizens are out of the military and no longer required to be clean shaven and have short hair cuts. As for their motive I simply think it is a love of their country something I doubt you understand. Unlike you' I believe they know the true reasons for our freedom and how that freedom come to be. Acknowledgment of their sacrifices and a thank you for their services isn?’t too much to ask is it?

You should go to bed every evening thankful that you and your family are still speaking English. And not some language of one of our former enemies.
