Last Wednesday evening, there was a meeting at City Hall regarding the Capital Improvements Plan portion of next years budget. Guess which council member wasn't in attendance?

The Mayor Want to Be?

Was it the mayor want to be or was if the Fix it for the township man?

H.R.

Riggs was absent. Wisniewski and Hackworth were able to make it. Having signs put illegally in the right of ways must have been more important.
This election is about the substance of the individual.

Committment to the City ??

Considering the fact that the Mayor doesn't have a vote on these improvements I wonder what was discussed. So if the future Mayor to be was truly committed to her WiFi, and traffic improvements then I think she should would have been present to lobby the other members for her ideas to be put forward.

What ever comes of these budget sessions will be what the city must live with in 2008. It seems that this Mayoral candidate is not as committed as she would like us all to believe. If she is not that interested as a councilperson what will she be like if elected Mayor?
