I hear that the city manager has been fired. Yesterday was his last day.
Fix is beside himself. Fear of losing the election plays on Fix's every vote. I bet it played on this one as well.

Small Town Politics
I am disappointed in how this was carried out. Tim has worked hard for the City of Pickerington.
In a non-dysfunctional organization when an employee is not meeting his performance requirements they are given a corrective action plan & the expectations are explained. And then given a chance to correct what they are not doing - in other words they are given a chance to meet defined expectations. From the article it does not sound like came close to happening.
Tim was ''couciled'' in Exec Session then booted out like yesterday's sandwich.
I hope to see some candidates at my door - I will want to know what they would have done if they had been in that room (if they weren't there) & would hope to hear a really good reason why they voted like that - Mr. Wisniewski, Mr. Sabatino, Mr. Blair & Mr. Barletta. And who they want to replace Tim with. I am sure it's planned & just waiting to be orchestrated.
Is this how Brian is going to do business in the Township?
I think this is scary.....maybe they are just getting ready for Halloween - Trick or Treat !!

Public Records Request
Can we make a public records request for Tim Hansley's Performance Review.
I am sure it will be clear what he did not do when we see the performace goals for this year.
Surely, there must be a glaring miss or malfeasance on Tim's part to warrant a reaction such as this.
Meanwhile who's taking care of the City now? Mitch O''Brien??
