Not sure what point you are trying to make... Are you saying that the coaches make a personal profit off their sports perspective summer camps? What proof of this do you have? The property, facilities and maintenance are paid for by the school district. So what? |

let me jump in here. i can see the original point -- the coaches are making a pretty penny by using the facilities for free. can i hold my own basketball camp (assuming anyone would come) at the school without paying a rental fee for the facility use? another thought is the liability point -- we all know that the waiver that we sign is basically worthless in court -- if a participant gets hurt because of faulty equipment or instruction, who pays? |
