I was just correcting the record. Someone mentioned that since PLSD was not contiguous to the Columbus school district then they could never be given back to Columbus. The fact is that area in the very NW areas of Fairfield County are in the City of Columbus. They may not be part of the Win Win agreement but they could be given back to the Columbus School district just as areas directly North of Canal were given back a few years ago.
Now for Lisa, I have no knowledge of what the Board is thinking. Clearly if this were to happen it probably would be driven by a citizen group and not the board. Citizen groups in the past have championed moves like this (Groveport). In any event this discussion delays you and others from talking about the test scores.
