The answer to both questions 1-2 is yes. Answer to both questions 4-5 is no. Answer to question 6 is yes it was a slip. Next two answers to questions 6-8 is a BIG YES! And, the final answer to your eighth question is no.

I noticed at the clear at the bottom of your page the words BANISH HIM. Was that wishful thinking on your part? Was that a slip of the keyboard? I'm a bit unclear what you meant by that remark. Please explain. Thanks.
