Where has all the money gone?
It appears there are people within the city (TAMMINY) hall trying to cover their collective tracks. Might be good for our citizens to start asking questions of how who and where THEIR tax dollars are being spent. Example: is it appropriate to spend sewer and water fees to pay for outside lawyers? Maybe that is the only city fund that still has money (cash) in it? If they are using it for legal fees then what else are they using that money for maybe a little subsidizing ($3 million give away to annex into Pickerington) of residential developers? At least they don't raise taxes this way? Or at least they claim they don't raise taxes because these are user fees, right! Some more sit and spin.
