I don?’t like how these levies were combined and I don?’t think it will solve our immediate problem. No doubt we?’ll see something similar early next year. Let?’s see how the free water & sewer taps to developers, emergency legislation, zoning density issues fare first. Then, let?’s see if PLSD can open the school complex with the existing funds approved a few years ago.

Are you willing to let these ?“officials?” have THEIR friends?’ will unleashed upon OUR community for 15 more months?

How fast can these puppets approve 1200 more building lots (plus)?

How fast can they take more valuable land and turn it into subdivisions?

How ready are you to see THEIR sea of homes -
OUR roads turned into snarled slow motion
parking lots -
OUR schools hit you with a levy a year
and two more buildings every third year
or so?

How many licks of the Pickerington Tootsie Pop are you willing to let THEM have before you see that THEY are rotten to the core?

THEY are taking every step possible now to approve THEIR ?“friends?’ bidding and bury this community.

Talk Talk Talk

No, but what can one person do? I have spoken at Council and School Board meetings only to be ignored. I hear talk of recall, but how long will that take. I have written letters to Councilmen, Mayor, Manager and the papers. It hasn?’t changed a thing.

So far all I hear is talk talk talk. I see NO ACTION and probably won?’t for the next 15 months. I mean action against them. I am pretty sure I?’ll see a lot of action approving building lots as fast as humanly possible. I?’m sure I?’ll hear about new mostly vacant strip malls. I?’m sure my daily wait in traffic will become much longer.

Let?’s face it, the vast majority of voters in Pickerington are so completely apathetic that they won?’t actually DO anything. They?’ll complain a lot but that is it. What you read from the people on this website are the gross minority. Of them, most of what you get is talk.

Sorry to offend anyone. Actions speak louder than words. Just ask Council. They?’re acting more than they?’re spealking.
