SOMEONE SUGGESTED I GO TO PICKERINGTONS CITY BLDG. AND REQUEST A COPY OF THE OATH OF OFFICE AND POST IT HERE. I DID GO TO THE CITY BLDG. AND OBTAIN A COPY, I TOOK IN THE FORM THAT IS POSTED ON THIS SITE. SPOKE WITH LYNDA AND SHE SAID THAT WAS THE OLD FORM. SHE WAS VERY NICE AND GOT ME A COPY IN JUST A FEW MINUTES. SHE DIDNT EVEN REQUIRE I FILL OUT A FORM NOR DID SHE CHARGE ME ANYTHING. IT IS JUST A SHORT FORM (ACTUALLY ITS THE ONE DAVE SHAVER SIGNED) BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET IT POSTED HERE SO IF ANYONE CAN HELP LET ME KNOW

Fax it to the PATA fax # at 755-2464 *51 (that's star 51 after dialing the regular 7 digit phone #) and I'll see that the webmaster gets it posted.
By the way did Ms. Yartin indicate why the City website deleted the ''old'' form and didn't replace it with a new form''?
