Regime ending

Posted in: PATA
Congratulations to the Coalition Forces who have now reached Baghdad. It was wonderful and remindful of the days the Berlin Wall fell. Of course there are the terrible costs of those serving in the military, some of whom paid the ultimate price. Yet, the end of another regime that thwarted its citizens, stood in the way of elections, and used intimidation and the promotion of a ?“one way only?” approach to controlling the populace is being achieved overseas.

Now its time for the same success here. The current regime is using the same tried and true ploys. Lots of talk, even more press releases, threats to intimidate, NO CHANGES in the course of their quest to develop more homes than the taxpayers can handle.

Let?’s clean up this mess before our troops come home from overseas and see these attempts of tyranny here.
Tailgate

You know what someone mentioned to me the other day? Given the state of affairs at City Hall, and given the attendance at the council meetings, we should tailgate before the meetings. We could set up at the park across the street, have some balloons, banners and petitions. We could cook some burgers and brats on the grilles over there, have some iced tea and lemonade.

What do you think? Should we tailgate some time before a council meeting, have a good old sober time and then walk ourselves over to council?

Agree

And maybe get some petitions signed!

Needs a Good Name....

A picnic of this magnitude needs a good marketing handle:

How about -

''Picnic with the Perps?''
''Picnic with the Petitioners?''
''Recall Refreshments?''

We need some signs!! Where is the sign man??
