Oh, Really Bruce
Bruce,
Please tell us more ... who is the we and why would you want me off the levy committee (You said, ''That's why we've had such a hard time getting Uher off of it.'')
As far as who is on the levy committee, were you again not listening to your attorney, Nick Pittner, on April 7 who attended the March 20 meeting levy committee meeting? Almost were on the payroll of PLSD and the meeting was organized by the PLSD.

Name your Source
Name your source, Mark, for the information you claim to have about what went on in an executive session of the school board. Which board member/administrator violated their obligation of confidentiality? How do you know, Mark, that we were not talking about the best way to cut all of your ties to the PLSD?

Bruce, It was Monhollen & Oakes
Bruce,
Let's make a deal. I will provide you with the source of the information about the April 7 meeting.
The source was April 16 edition of the Pickerington Times Sun and Jennifer Wray. On page 2, the article said, ''April 7 the school board held an executive session with its legal counsel regarding subjects of imminent court action. Monhollen said the closed-door session pertained to a charge three school board members (Monhollen, Oakes & Rigelman) violated the Sunshine Law on March 23 by attending the closed meeting of the local task force CommUNITY 1st. Oakes has said she might not have attended the meeting had she known the public and press were excluded.''
There you go, Bruce, the source was Wes & Gail. Shoot, you caught them telling me secrets in the press.
Now to return the favor, Bruce, please provide me with the minutes of the three Finance Committee meetings including the January 26, 2003 meeting in which you decided the budget for FY 04, reject builders donations and eliminate extracurricular activities. Thanks, Bruce.

Can't be bought.
Sounds to me like the builders were poised to purchase the School Board in January.
Apparently the failure to close the deal is not sitting well with Mark and (unkown others).
