Bruce -- Substantial Prison Term


Bruce,

Glad to see you are still reading my postings here after posting several times to ignore me.

By any chance, did you see the name of the bank on the check I presented last Monday? It was Bank One.

I have been a loyal customer of Bank One for 13 years ... now why would I want to boycott a bank that has served me well? Kinda like cutting off your nose ....

Interesting, all your tales of boycotts,
mysterious gangs (I like the gun carry ... it adds a nice human touch, Bruce), suing for libel,
public figures in Chicago, poison pen letters, criminal charges, Ohio's intimidation statute, felonies, and substantial prison terms.

I guess that I should be so very grateful that you did not file intimidation charges against me and send me to prison for a 'substantial term'. Please tell me just how long my 'substantial prison term' was going to be. Is it a year, 5 years, 15 years or life? PATA readers are waiting to hear from you (in fact, some may be angry at you for not putting me away for life).

Here I was just afraid of Wes kicking my fat little ass out of town. Now you are telling me that I should really be afraid of a prison term ... and substantial at that.

Well, Dr. Pepper, expect me to post something in the morning again about 3 a.m. as I will not be able to get a wink of sleep. Bruce has gotten me so very upset.

Why try to Deny it?

Mark, why try to deny what you did? I have copies of your letters, summaries of your phone calls, and even a copy of the e-mail in which you made the boycott threat. I also have a copy of the letter from my employer telling you to pound salt. My advice to you is to do some real soul searching. There is still time for you to become a decent human being but, at the rate you are going, it is going to be a real uphill climb.

I believe I have heard Mark's story before and there was these black hooded miltia ''type'' people traveling the neighborhoods intimidating Mark and his friends. I believe poor old Hank was so scared that he pissed his pants. You know if we wanted to kick old Mark around we would have done it long before this and he would have remained quiet. We all know where he lives. We all know where he works. If he is so innocent why does he worry that someone will do him in? Even with these fears he refuses to keep his mouth shut. So I don't buy the argument that someone is trying to shut his big fat mouth up.

For $50 bucks I could hire a slug to shut the idiot up. That is if I wanted to! I am not sure they would be dressed in black and drive a pickup truck. By the way Mark what is wrong with a pickup truck? Most of your builder buddies drive them. Is driving a pickup sinister?

Some day you will have the B--ls to say something to someone in person and you will feel the real pain of your words being crammed down your big mouth with their fist. However I don't think you are dumb enough to threaten people other that an old man like Monhollen or a 110 lb woman like Gail. Actually I think Gail could kick your ass real good.

I guess Mark if I were in your shoes and I had said the things that you have said then maybe I would be looking over my shoulder. Maybe you should be very concerned when a pickup truck turns the corner heading your way. You just can never be too sure that you have not insulted them or one of their love ones and they accidently run over your ass. It I were you I would call the sheriff and make sure your home and property are protected day and night because you fear reprisal by someone. If Dr. Pepper doesn't keep you up all night then maybe you will be over come with other fears of your own doing.

Didn't Save the Documents, Bruce


Bruce,

You indicated that you have copies of my letters, summaries of my phone calls, and even a copy of the e-mail of my alleged boycott threat of my bank.

Sorry, I moved on in life, and don't save 3-old documents that are irrelevent to anything now.

If you would like to e-mail me those documents, feel free to do so or you can post them here on this website if you feel they would be helpful to your cause.

It appears you have learned alot from your former board colleague, Debbie Carlier, on how to be organized and save documents. If you think it would be helpful, I encourage you to follow her lead and post your information on this website.
