ask Mr. Shaver directly? I agree with Real Questions. Drive around your neighborhood & count the For Sale signs. Ask the owners how long their home has been on the market. Even after reducing the sales price, there are few
buyers. Yet the present city leaders continue to approve & encourage residential development, dancing to the tune of the builders. Well, what's a few more hundred houses, condos, or apartments? We can all dig deeper into our pockets to pay for it!
