I love it when folks get so excited they post the
same message twice. Good thing I'm not paranoid, otherwise I would think I am posting a message to
myself. How confusing is that?
I don't know what,if any, Mr. Shaver's relationship is with MI, nor do I know when he bought his home or how much he paid for it. If I did want to know, I would find out these facts on
my own. I wouldn't expect other posters on this
site to do my homework. Today is a beautiful day.

I dont care but you bring up a good point - Not the fact that he bought his house or how much he paid for it, but WHEN.

I think the first question was, WHY DOES SHAVER abstain from MI issues?????

I don't know the answer to why Dave abstains but county records indicate his home was purchased from Centex in Feb 2002.
