Lost: Signs from my front yard were missing this morning. 1 each for Mitch O'Brien, Tory Kramer, Christy Hammond and Keith Smith. Also lost a Reform Ohio, Vote Yes for issues 2,3,4 & 5. Signs in the neighboring yards were left untouched. I think my young son's response says it best: ''What kind of idiot would steal yard signs?'' The signs have since been replenished.

That Sounds About Right
Tony,
I've run into the same thing with Issue 23 signs. I had one in my car window and some hater of free speach took umbrage. I suppose hawking a loogy and spitting on my car now qualifies as reasoned debate in this burg. I'm still thinking about Issues 4&5. It seems to me all they do is institutionalize the current (corrupt) 2 party system.

Remembering 03
This is reminiscent of the mysterious disappearances of the Team4Change's signs in Melrose in 03. I remember they swept the elections. This is a good omen for the Together4Pickerington(.com) Team.
BTW, Tony, don't you live near Sabbyteeny? Do I smell a rat on the good ship USS Cherry Hill?

Temper Temper Brian
I see the weekend didn?’t go well for Brian Fix. Apparently some campaign volunteers had hung some campaign literature on his mail box. I think it was from O?’Brien and Smith. It was hard to read laying on the ground crumpled up near Brian Fix?’s mail box. It looks like it was violently ripped from the rubber band that secured it to the hook on his mail box.
Sometime during the evening of October 23rd and the morning of October 24th there appears to have been a rage and a Hissy fit preformed by a once important person in the 500 block of Courtland Lane. This important person was once the top vote getter in a long ago election. Today he is washed up.
Brian we feel your pain. Really we do. Honest!!!
I know after backing losers all the time it begins to wear on one's soul. You know looking up to DeMastry and over looking the joint in his hand and then to see the powers in the county indict him on those hundreds of felony counts seemed like over kill at the time didn?’t it.
Then there was the good Judge. I mean the one that lit your fire or the other fires. Then over playing his hand he burned his own house down trying to collect the insurance money only to get caught by his co-conspirators. There at his trial were your good friends on the Pickerington City Council providing the Alibi for your friend and fellow Lion?’s Club Member McAuliffe. The only remaining question many of us have here in Pickerington is how did the other fires start? Like fires at the Creamy, The Mayflower Barn, and The Manor House? Then who insured them and who sold them the policy?
Then trying to be more legit you backed Judge Steve Jackson whom you had appointed a year earlier and he then lost in the general election. Maybe and so far Mr. Jackson just seemed to be a loser and in his short term only allowed a couple of sex offenders go free.
Trying to work your magic one more time you backed and supported William Wright and Mike Sabatino. I know we all should be more understanding of your position. Brian we feel your pain really.
You where there is a will there is a way. I remember in the darkest days of Watergate there were some of the White House aides that were living in disgrace. Some actually were able to re-invent themselves, some found religion and some took on social issues with prisoner reform and so on.
Maybe you should consider reforming yourself. Next spring I would like to help you. We will go to the race track and bet the ponies. You tell me who you like and I will then place my bets on one of the other horses. We can split the pay offs. Maybe you can make enough money to finance your next campaign.
