Yesterday's and overnight snow showers left only 0.06" in my gauge, not enough to forego any winter watering.

Last week's storm left 0.66" in my gauge after melting.

Overnight snowstorm left 0.22" after melting down.

While I'm sure no one enjoyed shoveling that wet heavy snowTongue out, the bright side is that there was 0.92" of water in our Easter snowfall. Smile  So, be glad if you put the snow you cleared from your concrete onto your turf or plant areas rather than the street.

This brings the total for April so far (1.20") to more than all of the first quarter (0.95").
