San Ramon Foothills: Information
The San Ramon Foothills was originally constructed in 1983, and has continually added units to the association up until 1994. With 186 units, the Foothills is a robust community with many amenities not available to other associations. The Foothills features two pools targeted towards either children and relaxing swimming or a lap pool for those desiring a more athletic approach. In addition to the pools, we also have two spas to compliment either pool facility with restrooms and showers as well. The clubhouse, which is available to rent for parties is a great and affordable way to have your next event.
Remodeling of the exterior of the buildings finished in 2008, which gave the Foothills a new and fresh look to compliment the lush greenery and well maintained grounds.
