What a great opportunity to reach out to families in neighborhoods at Meet The Teacher Night. Many schools are having it on August 9th. Strategically, it would be a good opportunity to plan a general meeting within 2 weeks of this night and advertise it at a booth setup at this event. Also take time to gather names, numbers and emails and get people involved. Good luck.

Thank you North Phoenix Alliance for getting the insurance requirement waived for block watches making it possible to meet at our local school. That was a big help in making our meetings easier to coordinate.
