I don't understand why some people are so angry with the board. They are volunteers and I think they spend a lot of time on the issues. It's hard to keep everyone happy when there are so many opinions.

I don't go to the meetings, but I get their letters. Why are they so rude?

If you think their letters are rude, and they are, try going to a meeting.
Ask those of us that were at the last Home Owners meeting on April 10th. The board talked so softly among themselves it was hard to hear what was being said, they ignored those homeowners that were there. Then as the frustration grew we were told to stop interrupting them with questions. There would be a 15 min. time period for discussion after they finished their business. A homeowner commented "so we aren't allowed to even speak during this meeting?" A board member came back with,"No you're not and it's a privilege that you are even allowed to be here," Oh yea that 15 min. they were willing to give to home owners. It never happened, they closed the meeting and left. My understanding is that's not the first time there was not enough time for the homeowners to speak about their concerns. The boards Decisions affect all of us who choose to live in Tone Estates. Those decisions should also reflect the opinions and concerns of all of us. Not just the personal likes and dislikes of 5 people who at this time happen to be on the board. Please come to the next meeting on April 8th. Let your voice be heard.

I'm not angry with the board, but I believe that plenty of time should be allocated at each board meeting for others to give their feedback, whether positive or negative.
