Welcome

Plantation At Magnolia River is a community of approximately 170 Property Owners.  We are located on the South side of U.S. Highway 98, where County Road 55 intersects with 98. We have 2 entrances; one of which is at the East end of Venice Boulevard, across from Pine Rest Funeral home.  The other on the West end of Venice, across from Hunters Chase subdivision.
