that is good.....55 percent of americans DONT want it....36 states are trying to block it....hint, hint it sounds like the majority is speaking....i think it will be funny if 40 plus states do it......kinda reminds me of Yosemite Sam shootin himself in the foot....and the funniest part of it all is that obumbler and the crats took away another freedom against our wishes and actually believe this will get them re-elected.....
History in the making?

While listening to the Big Show on WHO radio...they were talking to a congressman, who was discussing health care reform....someone brought up the point about states requiring auto insurance....he stated that driving is a privelage...not a right...and auto insurance goes along with that privelage...but now in order to take a breath in the u.s. u must have insurance....that is unconstitutional....another point brought up after the congressman left was that doctors will be told what they can make....apparently one of the commentators stated that 2 kids he knows told him that after they finish college they were moving to Austrailia where they could practice medicine without government interference....doctors in specialized practices will close up shop or move to another country where they can make a decent living.....so the quality of care will drop dramatically...life expectancy will also drop with inferior care as well...and if the libs can shave 10 or so years off your life they might actually be able to save medicare....
the congressman stated the corn husker kick back was left in the bill, the louisiana purchase was left in ....and the deal to save medicare advantage for floridians...he stated that thousands of iowa seniors will lose benefits but floridians will get to keep theirs....its funny because florida is one of the states trying to fight obumbler and the crew......
are there any seniors posting here that will be losing benefits due to the bill? just curious... |

are there any seniors posting here that will be losing benefits due to the bill? just curious - me too! lol I don't have that advantage program that they talk about all the time - no cadillac plan for me - probably more like second-hand bike I fear. I recently got a recap of my medical claims. I had a procedure that the dr submitted a claim for 350 dollars - the medicare approved amount was 165 dollars - the amount that medicare paid was 8 dollars??? Wtf? So if they cut the payments, soon they will pay me to come in for a procedure - right? I just shake my head in amazement and amuzement. No rhyme or reason to it. The next week I went to the same doctor to hear the results of the procedure and they paid half of the medicare approved amount - for just an office visit - go figure. To try to understand if things will be worse will take someone smarter than me cause I can't figure out the process as it is now. We can only hope and pray that the medical people that are taking care of us now will continue as I think it will be next to impossible to find new health care providers. |

davieboy: "There are many examples of federal laws "making" states do things."
What has that got to do with this federal law making private persons buy insurance?
That's the weakest justification for communism I have ever seen out of you! |
