History in the making?

There is a larger message in the vote breakdown for this event.

All 178 Repubs voted no.

34 Dems also voted no. (212).

But not all (219) Dems voted yes.

Obviously Repubs are held together. Obviously, another fracture in the Dem party has occurred.

I forecast that if the constitutional challenges to this don't sink it, it will be dismantled after the 2012 elections and before it can ever wholly come into effect.

You are so right BB. The "executive order" that nobama promised Stupak and his gang that supposedly will not allow fed funds for abortions which pushed the vote over the 216 mark. Today, Judge Andrew Napolitano said that  essentialy that order isn't worth the paper that it is written on. So I wonder how happy Stupak is today now that he knows that he was screwed without a kiss? He was one of the last holdouts and when he voted 'yes' - there were about twenty dems that immediately voted 'no'.

As to the lawsuit by the Attorney's General - some time back Judge Andrew Napolitano asked "Where in the United States Constitution does it give the gov't the right to regulate healthcare?" Guess no one checked!

And yes, BB, I heard that quote from sharpton - one of those out-of-the-mouth-of babes huh? He is so anxious to show that he knows what's going on he just spilled the beans. HA!

JustC....I'm glad others like you caught the transcript of this liberal who always likes to show others he knows what is happening and has the pulse of America.

This delcaration should be all davie and the libs here need to prove what we have been saying for so long...

I found it unbelievable that there was even a democrat stupid enough to make a verbal agreement with Obama, and think he would follow through on his end. He has proven over and over again to be a liar. Stupak should just go ahead and officially change his last name over to Stupid.
