Verbally abusive to TP?  What would be an example of that?  I don't understand.   Do you mean that if you or I called him a dumb butt, that would be verbally abusive?  Not that I'm calling him a dumb butt, but just theoretically....if someone pointed out the fact that he was a dumb butt....you'd call that verbally abusive?

Don't you actually have to speak it to be verbally abusive.  Just writing that he is a dumb butt, I would think, is not verbally abusive.

If you write the fact that he is a dumb butt, isn't that really "compositionally abusive", or "scrivenly abusive"?    That is, if you or someone actually did it.

HiR, sometimes I say those very words out loud! One cannot keep all that inside sometimes. I have even shouted those very words - of course with some slight variations and additional descriptive adjectives. These behaviors on my part have been directed toward TP as well as select members of the admin and congress. I believe this qualifies as normal behavior in light of the circumstances.

Interesting question.... It forced me to do a quick where I discovered this:

Verbal abuse is a form of abusive behavior involving the use of language. It is a form of profanity that can occur with or without the use of expletives. While oral communication is its most common form, verbal abuse may be expressed in the form of written word as well.

Now I will add that Bigbrother, with his law experiance, may be the person to ask.
