When the developer and the builders didnt follow the rules and put in brown roofs, why can't anybody else. Ninety nine percent of the houses with brown roofs were put in by the builders. So why dont you go after the builders and tell them that they didnt follow the rules. We have had trustees that have not followed the rules but expect us too? If you don't like it, move.

Since nobody ever posts their name, not sure why you would think it was the complainers trying to discredit her. I didn't see anybody trying to discredit her. I only saw one statement about her and it wasn't spiteful as your messages seem to be. Give it up. We like her and you can't change that. Way to go Annette! We like you.

Not sure who the complainers are any more. The ones complaining about the noncommunication and the extrustees wanting to put fines in makes them complainers. (They know the fines are no longer, and the communication is there - they are not complaining anymore) However, there are people such as yourself complaining about lawns, fences, satellite dishes, decks, brown roofs, etc. Why are you not considered the complainer? Sounds like you name call when it is not in your favor because you do not know how else to handle the situation. Now that fines cannot be enforced, all you can do is write on this website and cry and complain.

Lets stop all of this complaining and move on. This website was peaceful until somebody started this thread with negativity. If we stop writing these things, this neighborhood will be better.
