You don't get it do you ? people left because the complainers had made a mockery of the meeting. People do it at meetings all the time, there was nothing going to be accomplished that night.

No more restrictions?

It sounds like ''In General'' knows something that we need more information on. If there is no enforcement of deed restrictions should I be able to build the storage shed I always wanted to build? If so I will do it before this winter. I would love to clear some things out of my garage. I also wanted a pool but can't afford one in ground. Do you think it would be ok to put in an above ground pool?

You need to go to Liberty township zoning for all this stuff. If you want a shed you need to call it an outbuilding. You would have to put footers in for the outbuilding.

Don't believe what you read here. They can and they will come after you, for a shed. They can hire an arbitrator and it will cost you a whole lot more than a fine would have.It's in our restrictions and they can legally do that. Above ground pools are not allowed by Liberty Township.
