There has been a lot of talk recently on here regarding unkept properties. I would like to see how many on here would support a small fine of some sort for the really flagrant violations. Keep in mind, not to nit-pick at every house that has a couple of weeds here and there. I personally would like to see some enforcement and if it takes fines to do it ,then I would vote Yes, for fines. please respond, only once!

As long as the deed restrictions are consistant. Any clause stating ''that yards are to be unsightly'' Also other restrictions are enforced.

And I believe we should go door to door and get the 2/3rds needed to get this and other deed restrictions enforced. I believe that since it is probably only 10% now who chose to ignore them the other 90% will agree.

We have the right to do so in the restrictions on my deed.
