Some people just don't get it
It's ignorant to say if you don't like it move. If you don't like it then push for a change. If I don?’t like the president?’s decision should I move to another country? No that would be silly so don?’t say it.
I agree as long as it's definable such as 10% of your yard is covered in weeds or it?’s among the worse 10% of homes in the neighborhood. I?’d like to see a warning then some type of period to conform, which I believe most people would obey the rules just as long as it?’s reasonable.
I like how the poll was phrased as ?“ really fragrant violations.?” A fine should not be handed out easily nor should one person have that authority but a majority of a diversified group of people whose sole purpose is to understand fragrant violations so it?’s NEVER abused.
We do need to keep this neighborhood standard high. Please look at the big picture. If you think, I'm not selling my home so I don?’t care, you?’re sadly mistaken. Many homes are for sale now and someone?’s not going to pay top dollar for a sub par neighborhood. These current home sales define our values for many years to come. It?’s usually the people that don?’t maintain their home that must get top dollar when they sell their house. Let?’s work together to find a resolution to this issue.
