What you call your neighbors is a reflection on YOU! My neighbor has weeds and I do not think they are slobs. I know they are having issues with their lawn and they are trying to take care of it in the middle of their personal problems. First year looking like this, and I will not fault them for it. I am sure they will take care of it when they have a chance. In the meantime, I am patient and willing to help them again if they ask me.

Lets have an interview committee interview anybody who is thinking of buying a house here. We can find out what their thoughts are and not let them buy if we do not like their ideas. Better than that. We can tell by the way they dress that we shouldn't let them move here. If they do not dress nice, they will not keep up their yards. Isn't that the way it works?
