Forget AEP !

Let's get real here ! If AEP were to mow that area, they would use a mower like they use for highways. it would look like crap. So don't even think about it. Right now, I think we are down to 13 deadbeats, that haven't paid.
So we have money to maintain our common grounds. Let sleeping dogs lie.

Let the people who have that common area behind their house cut that area or let it grow. You are the one that bought a house with the green area behind you so why should I have to pay my dues to cut that grass. No one uses this area under the high tension wires, so why should we keep paying for it. What is it going to take a homeowener an extra 10 minutes to cut the grass behind them. It would be cheaper just to have someone spray grass and weed killer on all of it 3 times a year than cutting it every week.

This has to be the most ridiculous response ever. These are ''common grounds'' that means they are common to all the homeowners.

Why not create a mudpit. Kill the grass. Think before you write!

The HOA has it all covered. If everyone pays.
