You nailed it. Again I would like to point out that these are the Common Grounds, owned by all of the residents here. Anyone who wants to opt out of their responsibility for these grounds is just plain selfish, and feels they have to take no responsibility for their actions.

I would still like to see the names of those who have not paid their dues. I feel we have the right to this information, and it should be published. They are the ones who make this conversation an issue. If they have porblems so be it. I too have financial issues, but I prioritize and make the right decisions.

I say we should donate all green area or common area to the liberty township. This way we wont have to have an hoa then. Some of the ponds are owned by the residents that live on the pond and some also own the green area behind them that we pay to mow.

I have been sitting on the sideline reading these posts for a while without responding. I am a resident who has not paid my HOA dues yet this year. My record will show that I paid my dues ON TIME every year before this year. You are insinuating that I am not responsible enough to prioritize and make the right decisions. I would like you to know that I have made the right decision in not paying my dues yet and will pay them when I am able to do so. I feel it is more necessary to make my mortgage payment and car payment, put food on the table for my family, and pay my family's medical insurance and medical bills so they can continue to get care before worrying about paying dues at this point in time. We are hoping to recover soon, but the light seems further away than it originally was. Until you are in the situation we are in, you should learn to shut your mouth. If this happened to you one day, you might be singing a different story.

No, I will not tell you my name nor do I wish everybody to know our issues. There are more big mouths in this neighborhood than I wish to discuss, some of them are probably the ones insisting everything is in black and white. I can tell you there is no black and white when something happens to you or your family except for 'taking care of your family and worrying about no one else.' I do not have time to worry about the HOA or what you may think of me at this point. Maybe when I can breath again and stop having anxiety attacks over how we are going to make it, then I can worry about the miniscule things you crab about on this website.

I do have good neighbors who know about my problems and have been helping and my yard looks good. I wish no others to know. I am not asking for pity. What I believe is that you need a good life's lesson such as the one I am going through right now. Then maybe you will realize that it is sometime's better to keep your mouth shut and not hurt someone who doesn't deserve it.
